HR/ Office Coordinator
We're looking for an HR / Office Coordinator who is the steady, warm presence across our studios in Rotterdam, The Hague, and Amsterdam.
United Playgrounds is a group of entrepreneurial agencies connected by a shared DNA: ambition, curiosity, and commitment. Together, we help brands find new directions. With sharp boutique-level expertise, strengthened by the scale and synergy of a group, we take brands where others don't dare to go.
Verve is a strategic branding studio working with scale-ups, market leaders, and established names in tech, retail, B2B, and consumer markets — all at a turning point in their business. 100procent is the authority in marketing automation, with decades of experience and direct access to experts in strategy, data, customer experience, and marketing technology.
We're looking for an HR / Office Coordinator who is the steady, warm presence across our studios in Rotterdam, The Hague, and Amsterdam. Someone who moves between operational precision and human care, and who genuinely enjoys making people feel at home.
This is an opportunity to be the person who keeps creative work possible — across three studios, two agencies, and one ambitious group
What you'll be doing
You'll split your week across three locations: two days at 100procent in Rotterdam, and three days across Verve's studios in The Hague and Amsterdam (typically two days in The Hague, one in Amsterdam). You know best when you're needed where — and you act on it.
HR support Managing personnel files, drafting employment contracts, and acting as the first point of contact for our colleagues. Warm, personal, and always with an eye for the human side of things.
On & offboarding Making sure new colleagues feel at home from day one — with the right tools, the right welcome, and a smooth start.
Recruitment Writing job postings that reach the right people, managing incoming applications, and scheduling interviews. You quickly see whether someone not only has the right skills, but also fits our culture.
Absence management Keeping a close eye on sick leave. Supporting managers and employees through the process, liaising with the occupational health service where needed, and always making sure there's a genuine "get well soon" that feels like it means something.
Office management Managing supplies, supplier contacts, and making sure our studios always look the way they should — ready, welcoming, and considered.
Culture keeper Helping to organise team outings and contributing to a great atmosphere across all three locations..
About you
You have relevant experience (or strong affinity) with HR and office management, preferably in the creative sector
You're flexible and mobile — travelling between Rotterdam, The Hague, and Amsterdam feels like a welcome change of scenery, not a burden
You're proactive: when something needs to happen, you're already on it
You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
You have a sharp eye for detail, but never lose sight of the human element
What working here feels like
We're intentional about the work we take on, and the way we work together. We choose depth over noise, clarity over cleverness, and momentum over perfectionism.
We believe people do their best work when they're energised, trusted, and supported. You won't just be managing processes — you'll be shaping how it feels to work here.
You'll be part of the HR-UP team: HR professionals spread across the different agencies, who meet every two weeks and are always ready to step in when something urgent comes up.
